Chris Kyle's Iraqi Interpreter Has Blistering Message for All the Protesters Over Trump's 'Muslim Ban'

    By Justen Charters

This week, President Trump has sparked lots of controversy with a series of executive orders.

The one that's been getting the most attention of late bars visa entry for 90 days for people coming from the following seven countries: Libya, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Yemen, and Somalia.

There's been major consternation over the order, due to its inclusion of interpreters who help the U.S. military in Iraq. In some circles, it's being called an all-out “Muslim ban.”

Independent Journal Review wanted to get a take from someone who understands what it's like to live in a country rife with jihadists.

We talked to Johnny Walker, who worked as Chris Kyle's Iraqi translator during the Iraq War.

    Walker held nothing back:

"I agree 100% with President Trump's decision. The national security of the United States is a paramount issue.

All President Trump is doing is ensuring that people can go about their day without living in so much fear. Women won't have to worry about walking around the mall; kids won't have to worry about going to the school.

Look, these countries don't have a database that keeps track of its citizens. And we can't depend on a government database in countries that do, because if they have one it has a political agenda behind it.

It wouldn't be hard for someone to get into the U.S. whose loyalty lies with ISIS or a militia aligned with Iran. While the militia isn't necessarily our enemy right now, they don't have loyalty to the U.S., they are loyal to the interests of the government that funds them. And that government says “Death to America.”

ISIS's strongholds are in Iraq and Syria. We all know what they want to do to Americans."

He pointed out how some of the Iraqi government is involved with terrorism:

"Besides, the government of Iraq is involved with the militia who gets all their support from Iran, the number-one state sponsor of terrorism. ISIS has a haven in Libya. Al-Shabaab is in Somalia and has pledged their allegiance to ISIS.

Iran has several terrorist groups affiliated with it. Yemen has Al-Qaeda, ISIS and the militia. And in Sudan, Hamas raises money for terrorism and has a presence.

The bottom line is this: Americans need to understand that this is for national security."

Then Walker explained the one area where he disagrees with the order:

"But we also need to be concerned with the interpreters, linguists and soldiers who worked shoulder-by-shoulder with the U.S. to fight against terrorists. There are thousands of translators and friendly forces over there who earned the right to come to America.

They've all become targets to groups like ISIS because they worked with America. They made many sacrifices in doing so, they deserve a second chance."

And spoke about his personal experience as a translator:

"I was one of those translators. I worked with Navy SEALs to help kill the enemy. Working with the American military, made my family and me a target. Al-Qaeda murdered my brother because of me helping the Americans.

There are translators over there, who have proved their loyalty. ISIS and other groups keep a list of their names. It's not like in Washington, D.C., you can't just hide out somewhere.

In all seven countries, you're either known by your family or tribe, and everyone is connected. You cannot hide yourself, they will find you. When the terrorists find you, they don't just murder you, they murder your brother, sister, dad, mom, grandparents, cousin, and friends, too."

Walker made it clear that he doesn't think everyone in Iraq should come here:

"No, I don't believe that everyone deserves to come here, but the ones who showed their loyalty do.”

He also reaffirmed his support for Trump:

"I am in full support of the decision that the president has made. We all need to forget about ourselves and put American lives first. Trump's decision will help prevent terrorism and the death of more innocent people.”

Then, Walker finished by posing a question for everyone who thinks Trump is racist because of the “Muslim ban”:

“What about all the other rich Muslim countries? They banned Muslim immigration from the very beginning. Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar— are they racist, too?”

A fine question, but one that Trump's critics are sure not to answer.

Airport protests just the start of 'chaos' planned by Muslim Brotherhood

Published: 22 hours ago. Updated: 01/30/2017 at 2:23 PM

A former Homeland Security officer who spent years screening Muslim immigrants points to three “triggers” of confrontation between the new administration of Donald Trump and the global Islamic movement.

These three issues will spawn a violent backlash in response to Trump as he attempts to implement what many believe are long-overdue reforms.

And Trump has already bumped head-on into one of the hot-button issues – Muslim immigration.

According to Phillip Haney, a founding member of the Homeland Security Department and author of the book “See Something Say Nothing,” the stars are lining up for a major confrontation with the global Islamic movement and its allies on the political left.

The “flashpoints” to watch going forward are these:

Moving the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem

Declaring the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization

Restricting Islamic immigration into the U.S.

Trump’s executive orders slapping a 120-day moratorium on refugee resettlement and a 30-day ban on those entering on visas from seven terror-sponsoring countries has been met with protests Sunday at airports in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Detroit and Minneapolis.

In Hamtramck, Michigan, the nation’s first city to elect a Muslim-majority city council, protesters descended on City Hall Sunday with signs that included “Ban Bannon” and “We are all Immigrants.”

There were no such protests when former President Obama restricted Christian refugees from entering the U.S. from Syria, Egypt, Pakistan and other Muslim countries.

As Trump tries to rein in concessions given to the Muslim Brotherhood by the previous administrations of Clinton, Bush and Obama, he should expect the Brotherhood and its allies on the left to push back with hell’s fury, Haney said.

There will be lawsuits, ugly protests, and an all-out effort to create chaos in the streets of U.S. cities, he predicts.

The reason is simple. This isn’t 1968 or even 1978, when Islam in America consisted primarily of a few thousand Nation of Islam and Black Panther activists.

Islam, particularly the Salafist brand of Sunni Islam promoted by the Muslim Brotherhood, whose stated goal is to spread Shariah throughout the world, has been allowed to establish a major foothold in America.

More than 300 U.S. cities and towns have been stacked with Sharia-compliant Muslims through refugee resettlement and myriad other visa programs that have been expanding for four decades.

Meanwhile, groups that agitate for Muslim “civil rights,” which tend to manifest as special privileges not afforded to Christians, have been empowered. Thanks to the expanded immigration, the U.S. Muslim population has exploded to 3.3 million, the number of mosques has grown exponentially and the Council on American Islamic Relations or CAIR is now a force to be reckoned with despite its ties to extremist organizations like the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas, Haney said.

“There’s this concept of the observant Muslim base, it’s a global observant base, and that’s what the Muslim Brotherhood has done here in America since the 1960s is build up that observant Muslim base,” Haney said.

America is on the same suicidal path as Europe but is it too late for Donald Trump to fix the problem? Get all the facts in Leo Hohmann’s brand-new investigative book “Stealth Invasion: Muslim Conquest Through Immigration and Resettlement Jihad.”

In a document seized by the FBI and presented at a terror-financing trial in Texas in 2007, the Brotherhood referred to this process as building “settlements” in the U.S. that would eventually subjugate all other religions. Doubters can read the Brotherhood’s strategy in the Brotherhood’s own words in a document titled the “An Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America.”

Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Russia have all banned the Muslim Brotherhood for its terrorist connections and seditious strategies.

A bill on Congress, the Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist Designation Act, would do the same thing, declaring CAIR and other Brotherhood-affiliated group as terrorists.

“Now the U.S. has a new president who is considering doing the same thing and CAIR is crying about Islamophobia,” Haney said. “And that’s why they need to be designated as terrorists.”

Trump is already showing a pattern, a trend of behaviors, which indicates he plans to follow through with campaign promises related to Israel, terrorism and immigration, Haney said.

The main school of Islamic jurisprudence in North America, the Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America or AMJA, issued a fatwa which it called a “roadmap” for Muslim reaction in the wake of Trump’s election victory.

“They are expecting him to actually do what he said, so the AMJA steps in and provides a Shariah-compliant roadmap on the way that they should respond,” Haney said. “They have set the parameters of the acceptable response based on Shariah law. They included not only 32 Quranic verses woven into the roadmap but several other references to the hadith.

“The AMJA put this statement out and mobilized the observant Muslim base calling on them to be prepared to respond.”

And it’s not just Muslims who will join in this monumental push back against Trump.

As seen at protests in major U.S. airports Sunday, the radical left is eager to take up the crusade of Muslim activism. Haney says it’s not just American Muslims who will join this fight, either, but global Islamic extremists who are invested in destroying Israel, propping up the Muslim Brotherhood, and continuing the flow of Shariah-compliant Muslims from the Middle East into Western democracies.

“These three points will trigger conflict between the global Islamic community and the Trump administration,” he told WND. “There aren’t any other issues that have the volatility to precipitate actions up to and including violence.”

Haney said the three trigger points will affect three different areas: The Israel policy will affect the political arena, the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist declaration will affect law enforcement, and the immigration issue will affect the fabric of American society, halting the process of Islamization and civilization jihad that has been steadily occurring for the last 35 years and which was placed into overdrive under Barack Obama.

“It’s not about Trump. It’s about America,” Haney said. “America has had the audacity to pick someone different from what the world wanted, which was someone who would not be submissive to the global Islamic movement. So America is now going to become the focus of this backlash.”

In fact, the hardcore Islamic extremists affiliated with the Brotherhood and their allies among the hardcore left are already mobilizing a pushback for the cause of Shariah law. These troops have enjoyed complete cooperation from the U.S. government over the last eight years, Haney said, and to an extent for the last 20 years going back to the Bushes and Clintons. All of these administrations reached out to the Muslim Brotherhood-linked organizations for advice and counsel, inviting them to the White House, the State Department, and the departments of Homeland Security and Justice.

Trump has signaled a different approach by talking about moving the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem, declaring the Brotherhood a terrorist organization and restricting Muslim immigration while shifting the government’s focus to rescuing Christian refugees. These were three untouchables under previous U.S. administrations and by even talking about these actions Trump must be prepared for a strong reaction, both foreign and domestic, Haney says.

The Brotherhood’s self-avowed goal is to spread Shariah around the globe. In the U.S., it works through a network of alphabet-soup organization that include CAIR, the Muslim Student Association or MSA, the Islamic Society of North America or ISNA, the Islamic Circle of North America or ICNA, and the Muslim American Society or MAS.

These Brotherhood-linked groups work to infiltrate and influence America’s critical institutions –government and law enforcement, the educational system and the nation’s churches and synagogues. The overall goal of this three-pronged attack is to wear down these institutions’ defenses to Shariah concepts, such as the idea that criticism of Islam or its prophet is off limits and makes one an “Islamophobe” worthy of second-class status. Criticism of Christianity continues to be popular sport in American society but criticism of Islam is socially unacceptable in the media, pop culture, business, academia or law enforcement. This is essentially a voluntary implementation of the Islamic blasphemy law – which is the beginning of Shariah – Haney says.

The most important Islamic voice to watch in America is the AMJA – the Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America. This is the group of scholars that Muslim clerics look to for guidance on what to teach in America’s mosques, more than 75 percent of which have been funded by Saudi Arabia and 85 percent of which are led by foreign-born imams.

The AMJA issued a fatwa following Trump’s election, offering a “roadmap” forward on how U.S. Muslims should react to the changes Trump might try to implement. This roadmap informed the U.S. Muslim community that the rise of Trump held the potential to be a “calamity” for their future in this country.

While urging them not to panic, the AMJA then dropped the bombshell that the “worst of the worst” in America were those who try to destroy Muslim civil rights organizations, a direct reference to CAIR, ISNA, MSA and their overarching sponsor, the Muslim Brotherhood. The fatwa went on to warn Muslims that they may have to take drastic actions that they don’t want to take but which will please Allah, quoting almost word for word from the Quran.

America is on the same suicidal path as Europe but is it too late for Donald Trump to fix the problem? Get all the facts in Leo Hohmann’s brand-new investigative book “Stealth Invasion: Muslim Conquest Through Immigration and Resettlement Jihad.”

“It’s all intertwined,” said Haney. “It’s all coming together as we predicted.”

Watch video trailer for “Stealth Invasion,” which former Congresswoman Michele Bachmann is calling “the must-read book of 2017.”

Civilization jihad calls for changing a nation by changing its people and its values—gradually, over time. Stealth Invasion blows the lid off a corrupt, fraudulent program that has been secretly dumping Third World refugees, many of them radical, on American cities for three decades. Americans have been kept largely in the dark about the radical plans to permanently transform their nation. Until now.

After Trump announced the first round of his border security and immigration crackdowns Wednesday, CAIR Director Nihad Awad immediately ramped up his rhetoric. He denounced the administration’s actions as “Islamophobic” and compared refusing Muslim refugees to previous U.S. policies of “slavery” and denying women the vote.

These are fighting words, Haney said, and sure enough CAIR’s chapters in New York and Dallas responded with their own press conferences, tweets and rallies denouncing Trump.

CAIR was also front and center in the protests at American airports Sunday.

This is just the beginning of what will be an ongoing battle of wills between Trump’s administration and the Shariah-supportive Muslim community that feels emboldened by its allies in the media and among what are mainly Marxist and left-leaning professors, lawyers and community organizers, Haney said.

Haney, who co-authored the whistleblower book “See Something Say Nothing” upon leaving DHS, says to watch the three trigger points going forward.

Any one of those three issues will be viewed as part of the “calamity” that the AMJA roadmap fatwa warned was coming under a Trump administration.

Trump will be challenged to find some Muslims who are not affiliated with Brotherhood organizations and give them a voice that offers an alternative to the intolerance and extremism put forth by CAIR, which has direct ties to Hamas and has had nearly a dozen of its current and former leaders investigated and charged with terrorist-related crimes.

Trump comments about moving the embassy to Jerusalem reverberated all the way to the slums of Sadr City in Iraq, where Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr said a U.S. Jerusalem embassy would be tantamount to an all-out war against Islam.

“Just the fact that our ambassador said he will move his residence to Jerusalem is provocative enough,” Haney said. “It’s a declaration of war against the USA, and Sadr is saying the Shia will fill in the void if Sunnis don’t do what they’re supposed to do.”

On the immigration front, Trump said he plans to restrict visa permits for 30 days from seven Islamic countries, Somalia, Yemen, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Sudan and Libya, while pausing all refugee resettlements for four months or until “extreme vetting” practices can be developed.

These would seem to be rather mild responses to the uptick in Islamic terrorism both in Europe and the United States over the last three years. Jihadist attacks on U.S. soil have included the Boston Marathon bombing, the knife attacks at a mall in St. Cloud, Minnesota, and at Ohio State University, the Orlando nightclub mass shooting, the Chattanooga shooting at a Navy recruitment center, the pipe bombing in Manhattan, and the San Bernardino shooting. All of these attacks were carried out by Muslim immigrants or sons of Muslim immigrants.

But the Muslim Brotherhood-linked organizations know the importance of the Islamic principle of al hijra, the Arabic term for “migration.” Their prophet, Muhammad, used it to perfection in his conquering of Medina back in the seventh century and it has been a favorite tactic of Shariah-adherent Muslims ever since.

The prayer by Imam Mohamed Magid at Trump’s inaugural prayer service in the National Cathedral last Saturday amounted to a “a signal flag,” to the Muslim community, Haney said. “The context of the verse he quoted from the Quran just happens to be related to the AMJA roadmap fatwa, so what he did was he waved a signal flag and told the Islamic community, here I am, I’m making a declaration that we should stand up and oppose the calamity of the Trump administration.”

Magid’s Muslim Brotherhood credentials are impressive. He’s past-president of ISNA, he served on Obama’s CVE or “countering violent extremism” steering committee and he is imam of the ADAMS mosque that was at one time under investigation by the federal government for ties to Hamas. And if that’s not enough, he’s listed on the AMJA website as a shaykh and a fatwa expert. A shaykh in Islam is higher than imam.

“That means he’s a trained Shariah specialist,” Haney said. “But here he is at the National Cathedral in Washington delivering an inauguration prayer.”

Haney goes back to the allegory Trump used of draining the water out of the swamp.

“Your work really begins after the water is taken out,” he said. “You have to see what is actually buried down in the muck and mire. And if Trump has experts who are qualified to go in and conduct a forensic analysis, they’re going to find all kinds of stuff there and it will set in motion a whole sequence of events, if they can catch their breath and take a look at it. It will set off a sequence of events that will allow law enforcement and immigration officials to honestly evaluate the status of our current immigration policies and they’re going to find that there are a lot of problems with it, whether it’s the State Department issuing visas to folks they shouldn’t be, the way the USCS process people coming into the country on visas and green cards, all the way to the United Nations itself and how it does the initial selection and vetting of the refugees.

“So this examination, if it is thorough, is going to set off a lot of events that are going to expose the methods of the Obama administration as providing no oversight or protection whatsoever.”

During an anti-Trump protest in Seattle this weekend, an activist associated with the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement took to the megaphone to voice her support for, among other things, “killing people,” and “killing the White House.”

**** white supremacy, **** the U.S. empire, **** your imperialist ass lives. That shit gotta go.”

At 1:50 in the video clip, she goes, “And we need to start killing people. First off, we need to start killing the White House. The White House must die. The White House, your ****ing White House, your ****ing Presidents, they must go! **** the White House.”

While she said that, another protester can be heard saying, “Burn it!”

She also says, “White people, give your ****ing money, your ****ing house, your ****ing property, we need it ****ing all,” as another protester responds “reparations!”

“Pay the **** up, pay the **** up. It ain’t just your ****ing time, its your ****ing money, and now your ****ing life is devoted to social change,” she said.

While speaking, she was wearing a jacket that said “Black Lives Matter” on the back.

According to the channel that uploaded the clip to YouTube, the activist saying these things is a teacher.

180 federal employees sign up for 'civil disobedience' class

A large group of federal employees have signed up to participate in a workshop on civil disobedience in the President Trump era.

According to a Washington Post report, 180 federal employees have signed up for a workshop featuring expert advice on workers’ rights and expressing civil disobedience.

Dozens of federal workers have reportedly attended a support group for civil servants that serves as a forum for discussing opposition to the Trump administration. Some federal employees have already expressed defiance against the Trump administration following a gag order, which has since been lifted, that restricted the Environmental Protection Agency and departments of Agriculture and Health and Human Services from contacting the press or posting about the administration on social media.

After the ban, reports emerged the National Park Services and Badlands National Park Twitter accounts were defying Trump and his gag order with tweets that appeared contrary to the Trump administration's views on climate change and immigration.

Rioters Break Windows, Set Fire To Force Cancellation Of Breitbart Editor's UC-Berkeley Talk

    February 1, 2017

A planned talk at the University of California-Berkeley by polarizing Breitbart News editor Milo Yiannopoulos was canceled Wednesday evening after protesters threw smoke bombs and flares at the student union building where he was scheduled to speak.

"Violent left-wing protesters stormed the building and forced me to be evacuated by police and by my security detail," Yiannopoulos told Fox News' Tucker Carlson in a phone interview from an undisclosed location.

There were no immediate reports of any injuries or arrests.

Yiannopoulos, 32, is a vocal supporter of President Donald Trump and a self-proclaimed internet troll whose comments have been criticized as racist, misogynist, anti-Muslim and white supremacist.

The decision to cancel was made two hours before the start of the event because a crowd of more than 1,500 people had gathered outside the venue, the university said in a statement.

"We condemn in the strongest possible terms the violence and unlawful behavior that was on display, and deeply regret that those tactics will now overshadow the efforts to engage in legitimate and lawful protest against the performer's presence and perspectives," the statement read, in part.

Hundreds of peaceful demonstrators carrying signs that read "Hate Speech Is Not Free Speech" had been protesting for hours before the event.

In the evening, a small group dressed in black broke windows, threw smoke bombs and flares, and set a large bonfire outside the building. Some members of that group were wearing hooded sweatshirts.

The demonstrators were met by tight security in the form of law enforcement armed in riot gear. Some rioters broke windows and lit fireworks, while others pulled away the metal barricades in front of the building.

A shelter in place order was in effect and the Cal campus was placed on lockdown.

"I think tonight is odious and a horrible spectacle and very humiliating for American higher education," Yiannopolous told Carlson, "but I would like to think that it will have a silver lining."

UC Berkeley was to have been Yiannopoulos' last stop on his tour aimed at defying what he calls an epidemic of political correctness on college campuses. The visit had been sponsored by the college's Republican club.

Pieter Sittler, a spokesman for the Berkeley College Republicans, said the club doesn't support everything Yiannopoulos says but "he gives a voice to repressed conservative thought on American college campuses." He uses "levity and humor" that should not be taken literally, Sittler said.

University officials had previously rejected calls to cancel the event, while stressing that it did not invite Yiannopoulos and does not endorse his ideas.

Yiannopoulos' talks have sparked protests, shouting matches and occasional violence at stops around the country. A man was shot and wounded at protests outside his Jan. 21 talk at the University of Washington.

Rowdy protests at UC Davis Jan. 13 prompted campus Republicans to cancel his appearance at the last minute. His final stop was supposed to be UCLA on Thursday but the invitation was rescinded.

Violent protests block Berkeley talk by Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos

    DAVIS, California --

A crowd protesting a far-right commentator's appearance at the University of California at Berkeley hurled smoke bombs, broke windows and started fires Wednesday night, prompting officials to call off the event.

The decision came two hours before Wednesday's talk by Milo Yiannopoulos (yuh-NAH'-poh-lihs), a polarizing editor of Breitbart News, after some 1,500 people had gathered outside the venue.

But officials said it was a smaller group of protesters dressed in black and in hooded sweatshirts that showed up as night fell to break windows and throw smoke bombs and flares. Fires were deliberately set, the university said.

"This was a group of agitators who were masked up, throwing rocks, commercial grade fireworks and Molotov cocktails at officers," said UC Berkeley Police Chief Margo Bennet.

Bennet said police determined at that point they couldn't guarantee security, canceled the event and evacuated Yiannopoulos from the building.

There were no immediate reports of arrests or serious injuries, she said.

President Donald Trump took to Twitter on Thursday morning to comment, tweeting: "If U.C. Berkeley does not allow free speech and practices violence on innocent people with a different point of view - NO FEDERAL FUNDS?"

Prior to the burst of violence, hundreds of peaceful demonstrators carrying signs that read "Hate Speech Is Not Free Speech" had been protesting the appearance for hours.

As the evening wore on, crowds of protesters cleared away from outside the building. By 8 p.m. the crowd had thinned and at least 100 protesters that remained danced to a brass band playing music and marched off campus and into a main avenue.

Yiannopoulos, a 32-year-old right-wing provocateur, is a vocal supporter of Trump and a self-proclaimed internet troll whose comments have been criticized as racist, misogynist, anti-Muslim and white supremacist. He was banned from Twitter after leading a harassment campaign against "Ghostbusters" actress Leslie Jones.

His visit to Berkeley was sponsored by the campus Republican club. The university has stressed it did not invite him and does not endorse his ideas but is committed to free speech and rejected calls to cancel the event.

"The event has been cancelled," Yiannopoulos posted on his Facebook page. "I'll let you know more when the facts become clear. One thing we do know for sure: the Left is absolutely terrified of free speech and will do literally anything to shut it down."

The Berkeley College Republicans said its "constitutional right to free speech was silenced by criminals and thugs."

"Their success is a defeat for civilized society and the free exchange of ideas on college campuses across America," it said in a statement.

The university, which had requested assistance from police in nine UC campuses, sent a notice to all students earlier Wednesday that warned of crowds near the student union, where the 500-seat, sold-out event was scheduled.

His final stop was supposed to be UCLA on Thursday but the invitation was rescinded, making Berkeley his grand finale.

Photos from the MILO "Protest" in Berkeley tonight.

AAR This isn't my first rodeo, I've shot every major protest in the bay area since I moved here 6 years ago. They get the adrenaline going in the 41 year old kid. They are typically well intentioned (for libs) and the vast majority are peaceful twerps who don't really know any better...

The real trouble come from the men/women/cowards in black wearing masks, and this was bar far the largest percentage of those maggots I've seen since I started.

It was also the smallest police presence/response I've seen as, THERE WAS NONE!!!!

They literally held the building and that was it. There is no doubt the higher ups at UC Berkeley and the city wanted this to happen. There is typically a much larger presence, including CHP and Alameda County Sheriffs Office.... There wasn't even a single Berkeley city officer on the surrounding streets, they were all UC Campus Police and there couldn't have been more than a dozen. If those people wanted to, they could have taken that building with ease.

I saw a couple flash bangs, a nice flurry of pepper balls blasted down on a group throwing rocks that sent them scattering like roaches and that is about it. A police spokesman came out about every 20 minutes and gave a dispersion order and everyone just responded with "**** YOU PIGS, ETC..."

I felt reasonably safe, but I'm 41 years old 6'3 220# with a shaved head.. people call me a "****ing cop!" quite often.

I keep my head on a swivel and look everyone dead in the eyes. I saw three fights... not sure what started the first one but it was broken up pretty quick. Second one started when a chick slapped a guy for smoking meth... the protestors slapped him around a bit and he left with his tail between his legs.

The other was when an anarchist tried to fight a guy who was keeping him from setting trash cans on fire. I actually broke that one up as I decided it was time to head home. These mother ****ing blackbloc dudes, or whatever they are called, are growing in number boys... and they are getting fiercer.

This one was near my home turf, but if I go to cover another one of these again, I'm not going alone.

EXCLUSIVE — MMA Fighter Jake Shields on How He Saved a Man in Berkeley From Antifa Rioters

Professional MMA fighter and UFC Veteran, Jake Shields, was forced to rescue a civilian who was being severely beaten by “anti-fascist” rioters in Berkeley, California, on Wednesday, after police officers allegedly refused to intervene.

Realizing that law enforcement officers were not going to help the man who was being cornered and violently attacked, Shields took the moment into his own hands, and fought off the mob of rioters while he helped the injured and bloodied man to safety.

    https://twitter.com/jakeshieldsajj/s...23984273219584

The show got cancelled so I was kind of checking things out,” said Shields in an interview with Breitbart Tech. “Obviously it was a rough crowd, so I didn’t want to walk in the middle of it, and all of a sudden I see this guy running out completely covered in blood and these guys were chasing him with sticks, trying to circle him.”

“Mobs of people. Nobody helped, but people were yelling ‘get up, get up.’ Like fifteen people were trying to attack him and others were cheering them on,” he continued. “No one helped, no one had the balls to step in, so my reaction was to run in and start picking people off.”

They came in trying to fight back, and I started backing off, but I helped grab the guy and shove him into a store,” Shields explained. “I got a few punches, I was probably hit like ten times, but I don’t have a single mark on me. They were like, ‘he’s a Nazi too!’ but this other guy was like, ‘I don’t think he’s a Nazi,’ while I was still fighting people off. I was like, do you just get to choose who’s a Nazi and who’s not?”

The riot started at UC Berkeley on Wednesday after protesters against Breitbart Senior Editor MILO started to become increasingly violent outside of his show.

“Anti-fascists” started several fires, smashed windows and ATMs, looted downtown stores, attacked cars, and assaulted dozens of MILO fans, who they falsely accused of being “Nazis,” however only one suspect was arrested.

“I asked them ‘what did he say that made this guy a Nazi?’ and nobody knew,” said Shields. “They were like ‘oh, he said some racist stuff,’ and I asked, ‘what racist stuff did he say?’ and no one knew. They were just mindless… It was really insane.”

Trump threatens funding cut if UC Berkeley 'does not allow free speech'

President Trump early Thursday threatened to cut federal funding to the University of California, Berkeley after violent protests broke out on its campus Wednesday in response to a planned appearance by a far-right commentator.

"If U.C. Berkeley does not allow free speech and practices violence on innocent people with a different point of view — NO FEDERAL FUNDS?" the president tweeted Thursday morning.

Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.) on Thursday released a statement calling the president's apparent threat an "abuse of power."

“President Donald Trump cannot bully our university into silence. Simply put, President Trump’s empty threat to cut funding from UC Berkeley is an abuse of power," she said in the statement.

If U.C. Berkeley does not allow free speech and practices violence on innocent people with a different point of view - NO FEDERAL FUNDS?

"As a senior member of the education funding subcommittee, I will continue to stand up to President Trump’s overreach and defend the rights of our students and faculty.”

A scheduled appearance by right-wing commentator Milo Yiannopoulos was canceled Wednesday night, about two hours before the Breitbart editor was scheduled to speak.

The university said in a statement the violence was "instigated by a group of about 150 masked agitators who came onto campus and interrupted an otherwise non-violent protest," according to NPR."This was a group of agitators who were masked up, throwing rocks, commercial grade fireworks and Molotov cocktails at officers," U.C. Berkeley Police Chief Margo Bennet told The Associated Press.

More than 1,500 people had showed up to protest Yiannopoulos's appearance on campus.

At least six people were injured, according to CNN.

Yiannopoulos called what happened "an expression of political violence," according to CNN.

"I'm just stunned that hundreds of people ... were so threatened by the idea that a conservative speaker might be persuasive, interesting, funny and might take some people with him, they have to shut it down at all costs," he said in a Facebook Live video.

Donald Trump Threatens to Cancel Berkeley Federal Funds After Riots Shut Down Milo Event

President Donald Trump reacted to the massive rioting at UC-Berkeley in response to a scheduled campus speech by Breitbart News editor Milo Yiannopoulos.

“If U.C. Berkeley does not allow free speech and practices violence on innocent people with a different point of view – NO FEDERAL FUNDS?” Trump wrote on Twitter early Thursday morning.

News of the rioting made cable news last night as students smashed ATMs and bank windows, looted a Starbucks, beat Trump supporters, pepper sprayed innocent individuals, and set fires in the street. Others spray painted the words “Kill Trump” on storefronts.

The speech was canceled by UC-Berkeley police as security failed. Yiannopoulos was evacuated from the area.

“The left is profoundly antithetical to free speech these days, does not want to hear alternative points of view, and will do anything to shut it down,” Yiannopoulos told Fox News host Tucker Carlson in an interview on Wednesday night. “My point is being proven over and over and over again.”

    It's coming I'm sure.

That said, why is anyone allowed to be on the street with their face covered? Snowstorm...fine. 60 degrees in Berkley CA? Criminal.

AntiFA starts bringing weapons and mace...the next riot will probably include knives and guns.

Some of those face masked facsists, because AntiFA is behaving just like Fascists, need some fear of reprisal or jail before this shit will stop. It wouldn't surprise me that these fucks start knifing people at the next one. That said, if someone turns that around and those fucks have to worry about catching a shiv in the kidney, this shit will stop.

MICHAEL SAVAGE: PELOSI INCITED BERKELEY RIOTERS

'My wish is that you will be disruptors'

    Published: 14 hours ago

Did House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi have anything to do with the riot Wednesday night on the campus of the University of California at Berkeley in response to a planned talk by Breitbart News editor Milo Yiannopoulos.

Talk host Michael Savage, who aired a clip from Pelosi’s 2014 commencement address at the university, thinks so.

“Being called a disruptor is a high compliment,” Pelosi said in the speech. “You here at Berkeley are already disruptors in many ways.”

She closed with: “My wish is that you will be disruptors when necessary, and that you enjoy every moment of it.”

Savage commented on his show Thursday: “Now you know who was behind what happened at Berkeley last night.

“Don’t look any further than the leadership in San Francisco for what happened. The question is, where is the new leadership going to come from?

Savage noted that in the 1960s, the president of San Francisco State College stood up on a car during a campus protest, waved his hat and yelled at the students, telling them to go home.

“And he stopped the riots. He was hero-worshipped for it,” Savage said.

    “Where are those men today?”

Wednesday night, the planned talk by Yiannopoulos was canceled after violent protesters hurled smoke bombs, broke windows and started a bonfire outside the building where he was to appear.

Last week, Savage reveled in the first week of the Trump administration as a whirlwind of executive orders began dismantling President Obama’s progressive legacy.

“Everything we ever dreamed of happening is now happening,” Savage told his listeners after airing a live feed of Trump’s remarks at the White House regarding executive orders to advance the building of a wall on the Mexican border and to penalize cities that refuse to enforce federal immigration laws.

Savage’s message of borders, language and culture was a fixture in the campaign of the real estate billionaire, who was a frequent guest on Savage’s show. Savage has described his latest book, “Scorched Earth: Restoring the Country After Obama,” as “an architectural plan for Trump.”

Pelosi’s Message to Berkeley Graduates: “Be Disruptors… It’s a Compliment”

Was this really the best message to give at far left Berkeley?

Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi told the graduates at Berkeley to “be disruptors.”
She said being a “disruptor” is a compliment.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) encouraged graduates of the University of California Berkeley to be disruptors, using their knowledge and technology to shake up the economic system.

“Being called a disruptor is a high compliment,” Pelosi said in prepared remarks Saturday. “You here at Berkeley are already disruptors in many ways.”

Pelosi’s speech came nearly 50 years after students led by Mario Savio occupied a Berkeley building and launched the “free speech movement,” which sought to lift university bans on political activities.

“Now, it’s all about you — what you can do with your freedom to speak out, with the tools of our time: Instagram and YouTube, Facebook and Twitter,” Pelosi said.

The California lawmaker urged graduates to tackle problems with income disparity, education quality and climate change. She told them their peers around the world will help, and there’s no need to wait for leaders to act.

Progressives Today has the full video of Pelosi’s speech.

UC President Janet Napolitano Played Key Role in Providing Sanctuary to Illegal Aliens

    by Aaron Klein
    2 Feb 2017

Amid violent protests that prompted the cancellation on Wednesday of Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos’s speech at the University of California at Berkeley, it is important to recall that UC President Janet Napolitano – former secretary of Homeland Security under President Obama – has been a key player in providing sanctuary to illegal aliens.

Milo was planning to use his UC Berkeley speech to call for the withdrawal of federal funds from so-called sanctuary campuses, meaning universities that don’t enforce U.S. immigration law.

    Breitbart News reported:

Milo and the David Horowitz Freedom Center have teamed up to take down the growing phenomenon of “sanctuary campuses” that shelter illegal immigrants from being deported. Milo will kick start the campaign with a speech at the University of California’s Berkeley campus on February 1, where he, backed by the Freedom Center, will call for the withdrawal of federal grants and the prosecution of university officials who endanger their students with their policies, starting with UC President and former Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano and Berkeley Chancellor Nicholas Dirks.

On Tuesday, the East Bay Times reported protesters were gearing up to confront Milo’s kickoff of the campaign against sanctuary campuses.

Last month, Napolitano announced the UC system would continue to defy immigration law despite then President-elect Donald Trump’s expected policies of enforcing such laws.

    The Washington Times reported:

The University of California system announced Wednesday that campus police will not undertake joint efforts with any law enforcement agencies to investigate students suspected of breaking federal immigration laws.

Police officers at the UC’s 10 campuses will not contact, detain, question or arrest any individual solely on the basis of immigration status, except as required by law, the school system said in a statement.

“While we still do not know what policies and practices the incoming federal administration may adopt, given the many public pronouncements made during the presidential campaign and its aftermath, we felt it necessary to reaffirm that UC will act upon its deeply held conviction that all members of our community have the right to work, study and live safely and without fear at all UC locations,” Napolitano said in the statement.

The 10-campus UC system admits there are about 2,500 illegal alien students enrolled across the university.

While at the helm of DHS, Napolitano infamously usurped existing immigration law and utilized a memorandum to implement key sections of the DREAM (Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors) Act, which Congress repeatedly failed to pass.

Napolitano’s June 2012 memorandum was titled Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.

As I previously reported, the memorandum called for “prosecutorial discretion” to be used in implementing immigration law for those who fit the following criteria:

    *Are under the age of 31 on June 15, 2012;

    *Arrived to the United States before reaching their 16th birthday;

    *Continuously resided in the United States from June 15, 2007, to the present;

*Were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012, as well as at the time of requesting deferred action

    *Entered without inspection before June 15, 2012, or had any lawful immigration status expired on or before June 15, 2012;

*Were in school at the time of application, or have already graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, or have obtained a general education development (GED) certificate, or are an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard or the U.S. Armed Forces; and

*Have not been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor, or three or more other misdemeanors, and do not otherwise pose a threat to national security or public safety.

Earlier, in August 2011, Napolitano announced a two-pronged initiative that prioritized deportations to those deemed by DHS to be the most dangerous illegal aliens instead of focusing on the general illegal population. “This case-by-case approach will enhance public safety,” she said at the time. “Immigration judges will be able to more swiftly adjudicate high-priority cases, such as those involving convicted felons.”[/QUOTE]

Democrat Congresswoman Says The Violent Riots Were Beautiful

Democratic Congresswoman Val Demings (FL) said on Thursday that the violent riots that took place on the UC Berkeley campus were a “beautiful sight.”

    “A beautiful sight.”

    Transcript from the video:

“We have seen demonstrations — and I think you already talked about that — around the country. Young people at Berkeley protesting against this unconstitutional order. And I heard it say earlier that we need to get involved on the local and state level. But what concerns me is that the strain that has been placed on local government, particularly local law enforcement dealing with an order that is unjust and proper. And so as we encourage our young people to get involved — I thought it was a beautiful site — as we encourage people to get involved, what direction and instructions and how can we have a more organized effort so that they can be a major tool in moving our agenda forward? Anyone who feels that they can answer this question? Thank you.”

She didn’t condemn any of the violence from the riots nor did she condemn the extensive property damage that came from the violent liberal protesters.

DNC Platform Member Cornel West Tied To Violent Berkeley Rioters

    Peter Hasson
    1:40 PM 02/02/2017

Prominent liberal scholar and member of the 2016 DNC platform committee Cornel West is listed as one of the “initiators” for far-left activist group Refuse Fascism that set fires at UC Berkeley and attacked peaceful Trump supporters in order to prevent gay conservative Milo Yiannapoulos from speaking on campus.

A professor at Princeton University who has previously taught at Harvard and Yale, West campaigned on behalf of Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders for president and was a member of DNC platform committee after Sanders tapped him for the position.

West is one of 22 “initiators” listed on the Refuse Fascism website. Other “initiators” include UCLA professor Robin Kelley, University of California San Diego professor Milton Saier and Carl Dix, a founding member of the Revolutionary Communist Party USA. Dix and West co-founded the Stop Mass Incarceration Network, which “exists to stop the slow genocide of mass incarceration and all its consequences.”

Refuse Fascism refuses to accept Trump’s electoral victory and has staged a series of protests around the country, the most recent of which took place Wednesday night at Berkeley and quickly turned into a riot.

Rioters started fires and attacked Trump supporters.

The Daily Caller reached out to West seeking comment on his affiliation with Refuse Fascism and whether or not he will condemn the violence carried out by the organization. He has not yet replied.

FBI Investigating Mayor Of Berkeley For Telling Police To Stand Down Amid Riots That Led To Mass Assaults

    February 2, 2017

The FBI is now involved in investigating the Mayor of Berkeley, who allegedly told police to stand down amid mass riots led by Anti-Fa members and students that led to mass assaults and mass violence at UC Berkeley, in response to a Milo speaking event that was cancelled.

Jesse Arreguin, the Mayor of Berkeley, seemed to welcome the protests that saw many individuals face vicious attacks. Many were hospitalized and one person is in critical condition and may actually die.

Arreguin is now facing an FBI investigation.

San Francisco P.D. Suddenly Cuts Ties with FBI on Counterterrorism

    by AWR Hawkins
    2 Feb 2017

The San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) is ending its coorperation with FBI counterterrorism efforts as part of the city’s larger rejection of President Donald Trump’s executive order on immigration.

On January 31, Breitbart News reported that San Francisco Police Chief William Scott, Sheriff Vicki Hennessy, and Mayor Ed Lee sent a letter to the Department of Homeland Security informing them that city would not comply with the order.

The SFPD is now cutting ties with the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), because it would couple SFPD officers with federal agents in carrying out the requirements of the immigration order.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the JTTF was formed in 2007, “when the police force entered into an agreement with the FBI that authorized intelligence-gathering by San Francisco officers of people engaged in First Amendment activities such as religious services, protests and political assemblies.”

Opponent of Trump’s order — including the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which has been declared a terrorist organization by the United Arab Emirates and was named by federal prosecutors as an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas funding operation –sent a letter to the San Francisco officials in January, asking them to adhere to “city and state rules” when working with the federal government.

The Chronicle quoted CAIR attorney Brittney Rezaei as saying: “Under the new administration, there are a lot of unknowns and in particular, a lot of threats toward communities that have historically been surveilled by organizations like the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force. It’s important now that we make sure that any local resources such as those within the San Francisco Police Department are complying with local laws.”

Police arrest 11 people at NYU protest over controversial right-wing speaker's event

    NEW YORK DAILY NEWS
    Updated: Friday, February 3, 2017, 11:28 AM

Eleven people were arrested after tumultuous protests broke out ahead of a Thursday night event at New York University featuring combative right-wing speaker Gavin McInnes, police said.

Demonstrators gathered outside the school’s Kimmel Center on W. 4th St. around 5 p.m. to lambast the conservative comedian and Vice Media co-founder.

A since deleted Facebook event entitled "Disrupt Gavin McInnes" bashed the speaker's controversial past, which includes writing an article entitled "Transphobia Is Perfectly Normal," calling African American actress Jada Pinkett-Smith a "monkey," and founding "The Proud Boys," a self-described "Western chauvinism" group advocating for "anti-political correctness, anti-racial guilt" and "pro-gun rights."

A video posted to social media showed throngs of protesters chanting "shame, shame, shame," as a small group filed in for the McInnes event. A chant of "Genocide, racial hate, America was never great" echoed through the streets as a man donning a red "Make America Great Again" hat entered the building.

A second video showed a chaotic fistfight erupting between a group of men wearing "Make America Great Again" hats and another group of men decked out in black.

VIDEO: As Gavin McInnes arrives, crowd breaks into shoving and punches.

"No Trump! No KKK! No fascist USA!" protesters could be heard shouting as cops tried to break up the scuffle.

Once inside, a suit-clad McInnes told audience members that he got pepper sprayed in the commotion, a video by the NYU Local blog shows.

“I’ve never gotten pepper sprayed before,” he said. “You get the sense of panic where you’re like ‘how do I know it isn’t acid?’ And then you’re like, ‘Oh yeah, this isn’t Islam.”

Uber CEO Kalanick resigns from Trump’s advisory council

The inflammatory comment was met at first by guffaws, followed by a small group of protesters rising to their feet and repeatedly chanting, “Whose campus? Our campus!” drowning out McInnes as he tried to continue his talk.

“Did you idiots actually barricade yourselves in the Kimmel Center?" McInnes fired at the protesters as they continued to chant.

The event was organized by the NYU College Republicans, which released a statement condemning the protesters after the event was cut short.

"There's a strong idea on this campus that the slighest opposing views are completely unwelcomed," the group said. "We understand that his presence was controversial but we didn't expect these outburst (sic) from this institution."

Eight men and three women were arrested on charges including criminal mischief, drug possession, disorderly conduct and obstructing government administration, cops said.

Secret Service Is Dealing With Over 12,000 Tweets Calling For Trump's Assassination

    http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-0...-assassination
    by Tyler Durden
    Feb 3, 2017 5:15 PM

As Silicon Valley's tech billionaires continue their crack down on "fake news", "hate speech" and dissenting conservative opinions of all forms (see this from last night: "Reddit Bans Three Alt-Right Forums As Users Blast 'Leftist Intolerance'"), one thing they don't seem to be that worried about is death threats to the President of the United States. In fact, just a quick search of Twitter reveals 1,000s of tweets calling for the assassination of Trump.

But while Twitter and Facebook may be distracted with censoring conservative opinions under the guise of a crack down on "fake news" and/or "hate speech", as Heather Lowrey of Louisville, Kentucky recently discovered, the U.S. Secret Service is taking social media threats against the President very seriously. Per the Courier-Journal:

Lowrey could have violated United States Code Title 18, Section 871, "Threats Against President and Successors to the Presidency," which prohibits knowingly and willfully mailing or otherwise making "any threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the President of the United States." The charge, a Class E felony, is punishable by at least one year in prison and a maximum of five years.

"Think twice before they send it out," he said. "We are definitely monitoring social media."
Ironically, Heather signed her tweet calling for the assassination of the President with #bekind and #lovetrumpshate.

Meanwhile, 24 year old Zachary Benson of Cleveland found himself in a jail cell shortly after his election night tweet storm. Per the New York Daily News:

A suburban Cleveland man who tweeted that his “life goal is to assassinate Trump” was charged with making threats on the president-elect, the feds said.

Zachary Benson, 24, also tweeted “F---ing fools. I hate you all” just as election returns assuring Donald Trump’s victory hit national airwaves, according to a criminal complaint unsealed Monday and obtained by WKYC-TV. Investigators said he was later apologetic about the tweets.

“Diplomacy. F---ing fools. I hate you all. I want to bomb every one of your voting booths and your general areas," Benson tweeted at 1:25 a.m. on Nov. 9, according to investigators.

“My life goal is to assassinate Trump,” he tweeted 17 minutes later, the complaint showed. “Don't care if I serve infinite sentences. That man deserves to decease existing.”

    Ohio Tweet

As Mashable points out, in the 12 days since Trump's inauguration, approximately 12,000 tweets have gone out calling for his assassination. And while the U.S. Secret Service can't possibly follow up on the threats of that many disaffected snowflakes, people who have a history of criminal activity and/or those who make several threats should probably expect a knock on their door.

Former U.S. Secret Service special agent Tim Franklin, who is now a criminology and criminal justice professor of counterterrorism and cybercrimes at Arizona State University, said in a phone call Tuesday that "it’s the people who have a true and genuine intent to do harm that the Secret Service is worried about."

That's why one-off posts and people with no record of threatening messages tend to get passed over. He said the Secret Service is looking out for trends and consistent behavior, like the person who repeats their intent to kill the president over time. If someone has made threats in the past they are more likely to get investigated when they post another "Kill Trump"
    post.

"They're not going to to beat down the door of everybody who makes a negative Twitter comment," Franklin said, which may be a relief to anyone who tweeted an off-hand and not entirely serious death wish for the new president.

But for users who use certain language and specific details about the president, his location and how the assassination will happen, the Secret Service will likely take notice.
And while Twitter and Facebook have explicit rules prohibiting "threats of violence", thousands of Trump threats seemingly slip through the crack every day.

On the platform side, Facebook and Twitter have policies in place to take down threatening posts. As Twitter said in an email statement, "The Twitter Rules prohibit threats of violence, and we will suspend accounts violating that policy." Facebook similarly said under their "credible threats policy" they remove posts showing intent to kill the president.

Yet thousands of posts that use the words "kill" and "assassinate" remain up — most of them targeting the president no less. The platforms can't seem to keep up with the influx of death threats and don't seem to be upholding their own policies as strictly as they would like.

But, we can certainly understand that Facebook and Twitter have a hard time keeping up with enforcing their own policies...censoring "fake news", a.k.a. anything that is overly critical of Hillary Clinton, really is a full-time job.

Explosive Device Thrown Into Pasadena Cheesecake Factory Had No Projectiles, Unknown If Attack Terrorism-Related

    February 3, 2017

Authorities continued looking for a man who threw what was described as a "homemade pyrotechnic device" into a Cheesecake Factory restaurant in Old Pasadena Thursday evening.

Pasadena police Lt. Art Chute said the device exploded but no one was injured in the incident which happened just after 6 p.m. at the restaurant at 2. W. Colorado Blvd.

He said the restaurant was crowded with diners when a man opened the front doors and tossed in the device. The man fled after throwing the device. No getaway car was seen.

Officers evacuated customers and employees. Police also called in the Sheriff’s bomb squad which rendered the device safe.

The device was described as a seemingly homemade pyrotechnic device containing gunpowder, Chute said.

Lt. Mark Goodman said it was not a pipe bomb, not a Molotov cocktail, had no projectiles, no shrapnel and nothing was ejected.

Police don’t know why the man picked that location. The motive behind the bizarre incident remains a mystery.

“It could be a dissatisfied customer, a disgruntled employee,” Goodman said, adding that police don’t know if the incident is terrorism-related.

No serious damage to the restaurant was visible inside the story on Friday morning. Employees were at the restaurant preparing to open the restaurant for regular business hours on Friday. It opens at 11 a.m.

“Pasadena police detectives are currently handling the investigation and out of an abundance of caution, the federal authorities have been notified,” according to a police statement.

Citing the ongoing investigation, Goodman didn’t name the federal agencies.

Goodman said witnesses described the suspect as a Latino or Middle Eastern man, about 6 feet tall, of thin build with a heavy beard. The man wore all black clothing and a black beanie.

Police have not increased patrols in Old Pasadena.

“There are (patrol) cars specific to that area. That intersection is traveled heavily by our officers,” Goodman said.

Anyone with information can reach Pasadena police at 626-744-4241. Tips may also be submitted anonymously to L.A. Regional Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.

So, I saw this come across my FB feed today, from Sam. I’m going to address it, because there’s a whole bunch of fucking stupid in the comments. Since I’m reasonably certain some of those commenters are also subscribers here, it will probably be wasted effort, but I’m willing to give it a shot….

While technically about the closest thing to a legitimate response I saw, this is ridiculously optimistic. In all of the classes I’ve taught, over the last half-decade plus of teaching through the MG blog, including the auxiliary and support classes, nobody—NOBODY—has even come close to having anything near an organizational footprint that this answer would matter too…except the Left.

Arming these ppl is the not the next move, but it’s not far off. “

Dunning-Kruger much? “Hapless morons?” These “hapless morons” are off their fucking couches, engaging in the physical violence that the Right yammered about for the last eight years, without doing fuck all. I’m not condoning it, and certainly not supporting it, but intellectual dishonesty about skill at organization, and willingness to engage in violent direct-action is going to get a whole fuckton of “prepared militias” killed dead…and there ain’t no fucking restart to this game.

“They maybe psychologically Conditioning the radical left for kinetic Operations, but it takes years to build capability and capacity. They maybe ten years out if they started today.”

Bullshit. They could go hardcore tomorrow, and be effective, at least for some time. They’ve got organizational infrastructure in place. They’ve got leadership cadre and numbers. They’ve got the will to get violent, right now. What they don’t have is their puppet masters handing them guns and ammo…yet. Sam’s right. It’s an ugly potential that is probably not far off. Ten years? You’re fucking dreaming.

“The left gas lighted themselves into destroying their gun culture. Where are the black block gun blogs? Training videos? PT videos? Discussion about Intelligence capability? The design of OPSEC programs? How to effectively use Command and Control for tactical, operational and Strategic success? Fuck blogs even where are their white papers? There are none.”

Again, see my comment above about Dunning-Kruger. Intellectual study is important, but getting out from in front of the computer, and getting out and DOING counts for more, and the other side IS DOING.

    “A blood bath “

Yep. Because only one side has consistently displayed a willingness to get violent, right now, right here, despite the blatherings of the right about “Molon Labe,” and “From My Cold Dead Fingers,” etc…. Talk is cheap. It will be a number of blood baths, but 99% of the victims are NOT going to be the Leftist pseudo-Anarchists that are willing to fuck shit up, already, without quality weapons at their disposal.

“We get to slaughter them wholesale! YeeeeHaw!”

Ah yes, the redneck, LaVoy Finicum response. How many people you slaughtered tough guy? Nobody? Then, you’re full of shit.

“Are we talking about the Black Bloc types? I can see them going with drive by attacks because they seem to attack in groups and then run away. Don’t expect a standup fight.”

So, they’re smarter than you? Because, I can tell you what….fair fights? “standup fights?” are a sucker’s bet. I decide to go hunting bad people, I’m going to be rolling up to their back door at 0430, while they’re sound asleep, and lighting their house on fire, while they’re asleep inside. I’m only gonna stick around long enough to make sure nobody gets out before the house is engulfed. I’m into winning, not playing macho games.

Look, I get it. It’s fun to poke fun at the opposition. It’s easy to make jokes about “safe spaces,” etc. Those dudes smoking people in the head with bricks? Those people staring down the riot cops, and taking bean bag rounds to the face and chest, to get a chance to lob a brick or a Molotov Cocktail at them? They’re not scared of you, and they’re not looking for a fucking safe space. They’re willing to stand by their convictions, right or wrong.

That doesn’t make them good guys, by any stretch. It does make them far more qualified for the change in velocity of the collapse that we’re witnessing.

People have been talking smack since election night, about how now, the Left was going to go away, because POTUS wasn’t going to put up with their shenanigans. Well, he may not, but it’s going to take a lot more to stop them than people are ready to understand.

I’m not even saying that won’t happen, but if you’re sitting here, talking shit on your computer, instead of DOING shit, and TRAINING, and PRACTICING for how you’re going to REALISTICALLY respond to this shit, when it shows up in your neighborhood?

    You’re full of shit.

Global Demonstrations Over Trump’s Policies Heat Up Amid Anger Over Travel Ban

by Chelsea Bailey and Katie Wong

Protests Worldwide Despite Washington Judge's Ruling Against Ban 3:04

Protesters and immigration attorneys rallied at airports from coast to coast Saturday to welcome in previously barred travelers — part of larger demonstrations around the globe aimed at President Donald Trump's policies.

In front of a terminal at Los Angeles International Airport, about 30 people carried signs and megaphones chanting "Let them in! Let them in now!" and "No ban, no wall, sanctuary for all!"

Airport police were on hand in case skirmishes flared up between those protesters and people holding pro-Trump signs gathered across the street, reported NBC Los Angeles.

The pro-immigration stances are in opposition to Trump's executive order barring foreigners from seven Muslim-majority nations from entering the country over the past week. That order was reversed Saturday as State Department and Homeland Security officials said they wouldn't stop airlines from accepting those travelers after a federal judge halted Trump's order.
Meanwhile, marches were held in cities from New York to London and Miami to Paris for a third weekend in a row related to Trump's ascension as leader of the free world.

A protest was also held in West Palm Beach, Florida, on Saturday afternoon — just across the water from Mar-A-Lago, the Trump-owned resort where the president was working out of over the weekend.

In Manhattan, hundreds of LGBT protesters and allies gathered outside of New York's historic Stonewall Inn to speak out against the travel ban.

"The coalition is wide awake now and we are very present and angry and vocal, and we're going to take this fight all the way to the courts and the voting booth," one New York protester said on MSNBC.

Zeke Stokes, vice president of the LGBTQ media organization GLAAD, said the gay rights movement was born at Stonewall and continued as protesters stood in solidarity with marginalized communities across the country.

"There are LBGT immigrants, people of color, women, Muslims and it's important for us to stand together because when one is us is attacked, all of us are attacked," Stokes said. "This is a really unpredictable time ... we're going to be ready to resist, persist and prevail."

Three people were arrested following the protest for "failure to disperse," according to the NYPD.

In D.C., about 1,000 protesters marched from White House to the steps of the Supreme Court to send a similar message to Trump: Immigrants will always be welcome in the United States.

Iranian-American Ranna Norooc, 18, wore an American flag hijab to Saturday's protest. She said her parents emigrated from Iran to the U.S. and that she felt compelled to take a stand for those whose rights have been denied by the travel ban.

Related: Iranian Baby Needing Surgery Granted Docs to Come to U.S.

"Everyone deserves to come here to a new life," Norooc said. "People are dying, they're fighting and they deserve to come here. They deserve a chance."

Late Friday, Washington state federal Judge James Robart temporarily halted Trump's executive order on immigration, allowing visa holders and refugees from seven countries — Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Iran, Iraq and Yemen — to travel to the United States.

Trump lashed out at Robart's decision in a series of tweets Saturday that the ruling was "ridiculous" and vowing it "will be overturned!" He also warned that "many very bad and dangerous people may be pouring into our country" because of the judge's "terrible decision."

But immigration attorneys say they were encouraged by Friday's ruling. They stood outside arrival gates at airports in Los Angeles and New York City to greet refugees and travelers and offer legal services if they were unsure what to do next.

Customs officials at John F. Kennedy International Airport told NBC News that they were moving forward as though the executive order had never been in place.

In London, thousands marched with signs and chanted from the U.S. Embassy to Parliament demanding that British Prime Minister Theresa May rescind Trump's invitation for an official state visit sometime later this year.

The demonstration comes as Trump wraps up his second full week in the Oval Office following past weekends of high-profile rallies, including the Women's March on Washington that drew hundreds of thousands to the U.S. capital.

"Trump is ... ready to destroy himself and everything around him," said Hodan Muse, 25, at the London event. "He hasn't showed us that he's the leader of the free world. Until he is that kind of president, we shouldn't have a 'special relationship' with him."

Criticism of May, leader of the Conservative Party, has swelled since her Washington visit with Trump last month, during which she hoped to secure a bilateral trade agreement with the United States.

Lawmakers are expected later this month to debate British plans to invite Trump. An online petition calling for May to yank that invitation has attracted more than 1.8 million signatures, but the prime minister has insisted on rolling out the red carpet for Trump.

Meanwhile, in Indonesia, anti-Trump protesters called on government leaders to take a stand against the President and the travel ban.

Although the country is not one of the seven affected by the ban, the small group of protesters in the predominately Muslim country stood outside the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta to demand their government "Dump Trump."

Thousands of protesters today to took to the streets of London to call on the Prime Minister to end her 'collusion' with US President Donald Trump.

The demonstration was organised by groups including the Stop the War Coalition, Stand Up to Racism and the Muslim Association of Britain.
One man, apparently from the US, was filmed burning his passport in protest at the President's controversial measures.

Marchers called on Theresa May to withdraw her controversial invitation of a state visit to Mr Trump and denounced his travel ban as 'racist'.

Similar protests were held in cities across the UK, and thousands rallied against the US President in Paris and Berlin.

Marchers have accused US President Donald Trump of scapegoating Muslims after he announced a 90 day travel ban on seven countries with a predominantly Muslim population

The march saw thousands descend on Downing Street after a protest outside the US Embassy in central London

In a video message played to the thousands gathered on Whitehall, Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn said Trump's state visit invite 'should be withdrawn until the executive orders are gone and every element of them repealed'.

He said: 'I support the campaign of millions of people in Britain that Donald Trump should not be welcomed on a state visit to this country.'

He said the crowds stood in 'solidarity' with 'our friends all over the USA who share our views and our values, who are standing with minority communities under attack'.

Mr Corbyn, who thanked the protesters for 'standing up for what is right', added: 'Theresa May and the Conservatives are on the wrong side of history.'

A huge banner bears the words 'Dump Trump' as thousands of people took to the streets to protest

Marchers have called on the government to withdraw the offer of a state visit to the new US President

Protesters displayed their disquiet at Theresa May for holding the President's hand on her recent visit to Washington

This afternoon's march set off from the US embassy toward Downing Street.

Protesters brandished placards declaring 'No to scapegoating Muslims' and 'No to Trump, No to War', while they chanted 'Theresa May shame on you'.

Mrs May invited the American president to visit Britain later this year during a recent trip to the White House.

The US President was accused of sexism and racism by marchers through central London this afternoon

Large groups of protesters have demonstrated against the US President's 90 day travel ban

Hours later, Mr Trump introduced a 90-day travel ban on residents from seven predominantly Muslim countries - Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia and Yemen - to stop 'radical Islamic terrorists' from coming to America.

But the move has been heavily criticised, and a petition calling on the government to stop Trump making a state visit because it would cause 'embarrassment' to the Queen has received more than 1.8 million signatures.

Downing Street rejected claims the Queen has been put in a difficult position due to the invitation, and insisted the state visit would go ahead this year.

Since the ban was announced, there have been protests at several US airports where travellers were being held, including at least 2,000 protesters at New York's Kennedy International Airport, while thousands took to the streets of the UK amid anger over the ban.

A large protest was held in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin this afternoon as Germans took to the streets to show their opposition

John Rees, co-founder of Stop the War Coalition, said there were almost 40,000 people at the demonstration which showed that 'the government has got a very, very big problem with the state visit'.

He said Mrs May had a choice to either 'insult the American president, or insult a majority of people in this country who don't share that president's views on practically any issue you care to mention'.

Mr Rees added: 'He (Mr Trump) thinks one way about women, most people in this country don't share that view. He thinks one way about Muslims, most people don't share that view.

"She's got a choice: she can either insult him, or us.'

One Simpsons-inspired sign on display at the rally declared Trump to be the 'worst President ever'

Angry protesters accused the US President of scapegoating Muslims, and branded Theresa May an 'appeaser'

John Rees, co-founder of Stop the War Coalition, said Theresa May had 'walked into a storm wholly bigger than she could imagine' and urged her to 'disinvite' the president

Mr Rees also claimed that Theresa May had 'walked into a storm wholly bigger than she could imagine' and urged her to 'disinvite' the president.

Azad Ali, director of engagement at Muslim Engagement and Development, said the march aimed to let 'anyone that is peddling hate know that it is not going to be tolerated and that as a society and a community we will all live together, side by side, peacefully'.

Weyman Bennett, joint convener for Stand Up to Racism, added that if the state visit went ahead, people, rather than a red carpet, would be 'rolled out in our millions to say you're not welcome and your policies are not welcome'.

Protesters held up placards calling for the US President to be denied a state visit to the UK

A demonstration outside the US Embassy saw crowds call for Donald Trump to be 'sunk'

Kevin Courtney, National Union of Teachers (NUT) general secretary, told the crowds that Mr Trump's policies were aimed at 'stoking up fear'.

He said that the 'fear and division' was evident in schools and told the masses gathered: 'I'm here to say that every teacher should be involved in the campaign against Trump.'

Dawn Butler, Labour MP for Brent Central, told the crowds that Mrs May needed to 'understand the responsibility' of the UK's relationship with the US.
